All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. As soon as your order is ready for shipping you will receive another notification which will include the name of the courier service that we will use for your delivery and a tracking number where you can check the status of your item.
Post the Covid Pandemic all courier companies are reporting very high volumes. While we endeavour to provide a ‘next day’ delivery from the day of shipping throughout the island of Ireland we would ask that you allow an extra day or two. Once your order has left Anchor Spirits Ireland, delivery is out of our control.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL ORDERS ARE ACCOMPANIED BY A MOBILE PHONE NUMBER AS THIS IS VERY HELPFUL FOR DELIVERY DRIVERS.
Please note that in December there will be cut off dates for delivery and resumption of service. We will endeavour to display these dates clearly, however if your order arrives after those specific dates you may not receive your goods until the New Year.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on the island of Ireland on all orders over €99.
We have gone to great efforts to make sure that our packaging is robust and ensures safe delivery of your items. Should you find any fault with the way Anchor Spirits Ireland Limited packages items purchased through Anchorspirits.ie please email us. We would be grateful if you could include any illustrative images. We are constantly striving for excellence and we appreciate any feedback that will help in that pursuit. In the interests of the environment we also endeavour to reduce our packaging and to only use, where possible, recyclable materials.
Ordering from Mainland Britain
Since Brexit the UK government is charging new duties/taxes that are payable to the courier before the delivery will be completed. Presently, we don’t have a method to calculate or arrange prepayment. We have looked for this but HMRC have been unable to provide a solution. In light of this we have, regretfully, decided to stop all deliveries to the UK mainland. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide that the product you purchased is, not the right item or you simply wish to return it you can do so. We accept returns for exchange or a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date providing the product is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. The goods need also to be packed securely to avoid damage on the way back. The packaging you received them in would be ideal to ship them back, if you still have it available.
To return an unwanted item:
Please return the item(s) to Anchor Spirits Ireland Limited, 33 The Mall, Waterford, Ireland stating the following:
- Invoice Number
- Contact Phone Number
- Contact Email
- Reason for return
- Let us know if you want a refund, exchange etc
We regret that we cannot cover the cost of postage back to ourselves. Once returned we will credit the payment method used to make the purchase within 3 working days up to the full value of the item excluding outward shipping. (Please note that credit and debit cards can take extra time to appear in your account – this depends on your bank’s policy and is out of our control.) For exchanged items we will endeavour to ship your new product to you within 2 days of receiving your item back.
