50 ml Pineapple Juice
50 mls Coconut Cream
Triangles of pineapple to garnish
Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well until all the ingredients are mixed and you have achieved a consistent texture. Strain into a glass. Wedge the pineapple slices onto the rim of the glass. For extra kitsch and colour add a cocktail cherry to the garnish.
