50 ml Spike Island Rum
25 ml Triple Sec
15 ml Fresh lime juice
20 ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
Ginger ale
Twisted orange peel
25 ml Triple Sec
15 ml Fresh lime juice
20 ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

Fill a shaker with ice. Shake together the rum, triple sec, lime juice and orange juice in an ice filled shaker. Strain into a fresh glass with ice. Top with Gingerale. Garnish with a slice of orange peel.
