(Makes 2 when using slim champagne flutes)
50 ml Gin
15 ml Simple Cocktail Syrup
15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice (half a fresh lemon)
Champagne (or any sparkling white wine)
In a shaker with ice add the gin, syrup and lemon juice. Shake well and strain into two champagne flutes. Top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist, rubbing some lemon juice around the rim.
